Where is the warning?

Filed under: Notes — basileios @ 1:24 pm

Ok, I have it in my hands, and already svanned through the first lines. Yes reader, be warned, this is a long journey, and Pynchon was right in warning us that we must both make decisions and beware of what is ahead in the next 1085 pages.

But, hang on? Where is the warning on the book? The cover has the famous by now introduction (allegedly by the man himself) but no warning. Isnt’t this weird? I say! Let the reader decide… Let the reader beware…
